Plain White Banner Yamen, located on a raised platform at the east side of Hangong Big Yamen, is a flush-gable-roof building with grey bricks and tiles in a quadrangle courtyard. Plain White Banner is one of the three superior banners in the Eight Banners. Plain White Banner Yamen is the place for Huang Taiji, the head of Plain White Banner, to handle military and political affairs of the banner. Now in the Yamen there is a principal house with five rooms, which are well preserved primitive buildings in Hetuala City.
